Details:

First, the white wire is cut in two and will need repair. This clutch was never used or installed however there are two issues I have noticed when inspecting the item. I have included a video so that you can see and hear for your self. Please see photos and video.

Otherwise, this is actually a new clutch which was damaged during warehousing or transit. Second, when I turn the shaft, can hear a noise which sound like metal brushing again perhaps rust. Even though do not feel resistance spin it turns without obstruction hear is minor.
